My 7 year old son and I were at the beach a few years ago and I wanted a funky long necklace to wear with a dress I just purchased. I was having trouble finding one and he said let's just make one, so with this Lilly Beck Originals was created. I started in the jewelry business almost 20 yrs ago but had not ventured out to make pieces before so I started making for myself, then friends and family, it grew to a few stores and home shows and now we are here with our website! I hope you enjoy your pieces of LBO as much as I enjoy making them, still with a little help from my son.... We take great pride in all the pieces we make, most are one-of-a-kind, made with stones such as: Amethyst, citrine, period, black onyx, Swarovski crystals, candy jade, jasper, freshwater pearls, millifiori glass, shells, turqouise, wood, glass and other natural stones. All pieces are finished with Sterling silver findings.
Shipping is FREE through the United States Post Office. Items are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. Special or customized orders will ship within 5 to 7 days. We will be glad to ship express mail or internationally for an extra charge. Please contact us for a quote. All items are shipped in either a gift box or drawstring bag.
Our company wants you to wear and enjoy your piece of jewelry for a lifetime. So if any repairs or adjustments need to be made we will gladly work with you. We will fix any broken necklace at no charge, if beads are broken or lost you will just be charged for the beads we replace. You will pay for shipping to us, but our labor and return shipping are free.
Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your new piece of jewelry we will gladly exchange it or refund your money. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your jewelry. Special orders cannot be returned.
If there is a necklace or bracelet you like and want matching earrings, please contact us for price quote.
If you would like a bracelet or necklace shortened please contact us. This can be done at no extra charge.
If there is a problem, please contact us- we strive for the best customer service available.
